If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase we’ll gladly accept returns on defective, unworn, unwashed merchandise purchased from our website. All merchandise returned must also be accompanied by original packaging, i.e. shoes with box.
Any merchandise purchased on sale and flash sale items are final and cannot be returned for a refund, we will gladly exchange for different sizing if inventory is available. Merchandise purchased discounted from full price through a promotion can be returned or exchange per return policy.
We cannot accept B.O.G. Collective merchandise purchased at independent boutiques and department stores. Please return to the original location purchased, contact the individual boutique or store for their return policy.
Your return will be processed within one or two weeks. We will send you a Return Notification email to notify you once the return has been completed. Please allow up to 10 business days for refunds to reflect on your account.

For all products shipped to the United States, we are able to offer free returns within 30 days of delivery. A prepaid return label will be sent to you once you have contacted our customer service.
