We ship within 1-2 business days from the time your order is placed. This can be delayed to anywhere from 3-5 business days during times of high-volume.

How do I return an item?

Do you price adjust?
Unfortunately we cannot price adjust. Typically when an item goes on sale it means we are low in stock, so you were lucky enough to grab that style before it sold out! If an item goes on sale or is reduced after you purchase it, we will not refund you the difference.
Are sale items final sale?
Yes, all sale items are final sale. No exceptions.
Can I return my online purchase to a retailer who carries B.O.G. Collective?
Retailers are unable to accept returns purchased from our website. All purchases made on the website must be returned to the website.
Can I return an item that I purchased from another retailer to BOGcollective.com?
BOGcollective.com can only accept returns from purchases made on our website. If a product was purchased at another retailer, it must be returned where it was purchased.
